Moderators and Speakers need to attend the preview applicable to your session. Moderators need to ensure all of your authors are there. It might be a good idea to request cell phone numbers of your speakers so you can reach them when they arrive at the Symposium.

YOUR ATTENDANCE THE DAY BEFORE YOUR  PAPER PRESENTATION IS MANDATORY-EVEN IF YOU ARE A SEASONED PRESENTER--YOU MUST ATTEND THE AV PREVIEW.

Speaker Prep:  You will be given the materials to set up your authors corners poster board.  You must have a printed copy of your presentation ready. There will not be any provided means to print your paper at the prep. session.   You  will need 18 slides to pin to two boards-nine to a board in a 3x3 arrangement.  The boards will be placed in the hall where you give your presentation so at the end of the session you may have the slides for discussion with other attendees.  If you want to keep the printed copy you will need to remove them from the boards at the end of the Authors Corner.

2 Boards and push pins will be provided.

AV Preview: This is your ONLY opportunity to try out the electronics you will be using for your presentation.  Please be prepared to spend the time in this preparation so your presentation will go smoothly. AV Preview offers the chance for you to view your PowerPoint slides before they are presented to ensure proper display on the Technical Sessions computers. This is your opportunity for coordination between you and your session moderator to review the schedule and timeline for arrival to your presentation.

You WILL NOT be allowed to make ANY changes to your final presentation that was submitted to HQ prior to Symposium. This session is for presentation preview only. NO CHANGES WILL BE ALLOWED. The Technical Program Chair will be at these sessions to help the AV and Arrangements team in this process.
