2010 Certification Exam Notice

The ESD Association is offering certification exams in conjunction with our Annual Symposium, on Friday, October 8, 2010.

8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Device Design Certification Exam
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Program Manager Certification Exam
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. iNARTE Certification Exam - For information regarding this exam visit iNARTE at www.narte.org/h/esd.asp

PLEASE NOTE: To take the Device Design Certification Exam or the Program Manager Certification Exam an official registration filing fee of $50.00 and a registration form must be completed and submitted to ESDA Headquarters. You must have taken all of the required courses (unless you qualify for the iNARTE certified exemption) and have your eligibility verified by the ESDA. There will also be an exam fee of $60 and must be paid on-site or prior to the exam date.

ESDA Professional Certification Exam Rules

GENERAL RULES

  • There are four sections
  • Each section is 1 ¾ hours in length
  • There will be a ½ hour break between sessions and a one-hour lunch
  • Personal comfort breaks during the exam will be allowed to only one person at a time.
  • Once the section is closed it cannot be reopened.
  • No talking or collaboration is allowed.
  • Fees must be paid before the exam can be taken.
  • NARTE certified individuals must show current membership in order to gain entrance to the examination.
